Easter Weekend, 1926—a chance encounter between a rum runner and a Baptist preacher’s daughter begins a series of events leading to the murder of a Spanish American war veteran and the framing of his adopted Filipino son.

The trilogy follows three interwoven families over a generation between 1896 and 1926. Its a story of love and family between the sweeping Puget Sound during the Klondike gold rush, confusion of Philippine-American War, The infamous vice district of Storyville, New Orleans, and a yacht turned sub-hunter in the Mediterranean during the Great War the story is an adventure romance of family the backdrop of love, race, war and vice.
